Evan in Seattle

Evan and I have been in Seattle for what seems like a few months now :)  It's been such a fun trip hanging out with Alicia and her family.  It's especially fun seeing Evan and Owen together since they're only four months apart. 

Evan is three months in these photos.  He is becoming so much more alert and vocal it's so fun!  I love listening to his cooing and oohs and aahs.  It's my favorite thing.  He is starting to giggle and gets so excited when I'm holding him and playing with him it's the funniest thing.  He's pretty chill most the time.  He can just sit and hang out with us.  But when he gets hungry he lets me know!  He has quite the temper when it's time to eat!  It such a surprise because he's so chill the rest of the time, it's pretty funny. 

Evan has been scratching himself and it is the saddest thing!  I clip his nails and try to file them the best I can but I've to resort putting little socks on his hands.  The other night he scratched them so bad it looked like a bear got to his face!  It was so sad and I'm sure I looked like an abusive mother!  Hopefully he'll grow out of that soon! 

 

 

Evan's scalp has been pretty dry lately so I've heard putting olive oil on before his bath helps get it back to normal.  So we had fun 'basting' it on his head!

This is Evan with his cousin Owen.  He is four months older than Evan so they don't quite interact yet, but Owen likes to crawl up to him and it's funny to watch.  It will be fun to see them play when they get older!

 

When we went to Forks, Wa we stopped by this lake near the Olympia National Forest.  It was the most beautiful lake!  It was so clear and beautiful.
