Twilight Extravaganza

For spring break, my sisters Keri, Alicia, and I got together for a little Twilight extravaganza in Forks, Wa.  Keri and Emma met us in Seattle and we made the trek to Forks.  It was a serious blast!  We felt like silly little giggling girls!   There was an actual tour bus with Twilight pictures on it that people were taking.  So funny right?!  It was a fun little adventure!

The first day we drove straight to Forks by taking the fairy.  We saw all these funny Twilight stores called "Dazzled By Twilight" and had a ton of Twilight memorabilia.  So crazy right?  We had a good laugh. Then we headed to La Push Beach.  It was so beautiful- much more than I would have thought than from the movie.  Then that night we drove back to Port Angeles and stayed in the hotel there.  We went down to the pool and spa with everyone and hung out for a few hours.  After Alicia put the kids down she came into Keri, Emma, and my room and we watched the first Twilight just to get in the mood.  Of course we're partly joking just because we think it's hilarious to be fans of it, but it was fun at the same time :)  The next day we drove to the Olympian National Forest and hiked to a beautiful waterfall.  It was such a fun trip!  I feel so lucky to hang out with my sisters and just wish that we lived closer.  We're always plotting ways how we can live by each other someday.

This is La Push Beach.  It was even more gorgeous than it looked in the movies.  But the weather showed true as it was raining and freezing cold from the wind!  We couldn't stop laughing because of how windy and rainy it was.  As you can see we weren't really prepared for it!
