Evan becomes more and more interactive everyday, it's so much fun! He's super smiley and talkative. He's starting to reach and grab all the time, whereas he only did it ever so often before. He loves to spend time with people. I try and get him to play with some toys but he'd always rather just be with me or Dave. He's so much fun to have around and now I can't imagine what life would be like without him!
Sometimes he gets really startled and starts to cry. But it's the kind of cry that starts with a whimper and you can tell he got his feelings hurt! Sometimes if he's tired and I'm feeding him and I sneeze he looks up at me all scared and starts crying. It's sad, but it's actually really cute. The other day my Mom brought out a toy to play with him and it's a loud toy that plays music and the animals go around the farm really fast. He had just woken up from a nap and was still a bit tired, and it scared him to death! It's sad to see him sad, but I just think it's so funny and cute!
He's laughing a lot more now and that is a ton of fun! I love it so much more now that he can interact with me and he's actually aware that I exist! The newborn phase is fun in it's own way, but I'm loving this stage.
I love it when he gets really into what he's playing with, like in this video. This was right before he could really grab and you can tell he wanted to reach out and grab it so bad but he just couldn't do it!

I miss that little guy. These pictures are so cute of him. Sounds like you guys are having so much fun with him! Olivia asks all the time when we will see him again.
